Back in November we left St George to move back to good ol' Rexburg.
Here is a little recap of our last days there.
First up in Oct. Jenna and I had a little baby shower. It was a great little party and the husbands even came at the end and we had delicious ice cream.
Then there was the Dixie State Homecoming parade so I went with Nicole and Jenna and the kids. It was actually quite a good little parade and there was TONS of candy! Then over at the park they were serving free lunch to promote being together as a family so we took advantage of that too!
Halloween was pretty low key for us two but we did go to the ward trunk or treat. It was a fun night and we just tagged along on Jenna and James and gave candy away at there trunk because they at least decorated. We were kind of lame but in our defense we were packing up and didn't have time to go all out. Except Brek really did want to go buy cobwebs and make the jeep all scary. Ha
I taught my last primary class and had to hold back the tears! I was soo sad to tell these guys bye! They are hilarious and I just love them so much! we had to take 2 pictures because this little man refused to be "girl trapped" in the picture, and I pretty much had to BEG to get one with him. And I had to block the door when it was time to go to get a hug from him! haha and the other pic is the girls wanting to feel the baby kick. They tried so many times but my little miss did not like kicking when other people wanted to feel!
I went to the temple one last time while Brek was at work. I had to take a little stroll around one last time to look how pretty it was one last time.
Oh dear Swig. We miss you! Luckily Rexburg has Horkleys.
This view is soo pretty and we had ourselves a little date with ice cream and to get a look one last time.
Then there is moving.... I'm convinced it is the worst thing on this planet earth.
We had quite the experience this time with the rental place. They were pretty much jerks! So we cleaned that place better then it has ever been cleaned since it was built I'm sure! And sweet Liv flew down to Vegas to help us move. since I was pretty much useless being 8.5 months preggo she helped so much! We stayed up pretty late every night cleaning until our fingers were sore and we were drugged from all the cleaners! Then the last night Jenna, James and Ella came and helped load the Uhaul. Well Brek and James loaded it. And that thing could not have been packed any tighter! But we fit and only had to leave 2 things behind! We crashed on the air mattress and floor that night, then got up the next day and we were off. Brek pulled the trailer and Liv and I followed behind in the ford. We made a stop at Aunt Lisa's house for a night to break up the long drive. I was so happy to see that Idaho sign!
Goodbye C-7
We are back in Rexburg now and I really couldn't be more happy! I love this place so much!
We miss our friends, our ward, and lots of things about St. George though! Everyone knows I did plenty of complaining about how hot it was but honestly I do miss it. Thank you to all of you that made our life in St George so great! We miss you all the time! And Thank you St George for giving us memories that we will never forget! We will miss you too! We will come visit again!
